You are not too much. You are not too late. You are not broken. The world taught you to believe you were—but your soul knows the truth. Let’s remember it together.
There’s a subtle ache so many of us carry. A quiet belief, often hidden beneath perfectionism, people-pleasing, or striving. The belief that we are somehow… broken.
That something in us is too messy. Too emotional. Too loud. Too much—or not enough.
But here’s the truth: you are not broken. You never were.
What you are… is a soul that learned to survive. A spirit that adapted. A body that responded wisely to a world that forgot how to hold the fullness of their truth.
We inherit stories. From family, society, school, religion, past lovers. Stories that say: You’re too sensitive. You should be over it by now. Be quiet. Be nice. Be small.
But stories are not truth. And what has been adopted… can be shed.
At Healing in the Highlands, we do not gather to fix ourselves. We gather to remember ourselves. To peel away what was never ours to carry. To unlearn the lies and rewrite the story—on sacred land, in sacred connection.
In circle, we speak the truth out loud. We release. We breathe. We return.
And in that space of remembrance, something beautiful happens:

✨ We realize we were never broken.✨
We remember we are becoming.✨
We reclaim the wild, wise, unbroken spirit within.
So if you’ve been feeling the weight of your old story…If you're tired of questioning your enoughness…If your soul is whispering that there’s more—
This is your invitation.
Come home to yourself.
Return to your soul. You were never broken. Just becoming.
